A message from Olson

The 2027 Agenda

Four flagship initiatives. One shared direction.

Practical programmes designed to turn development into meaningful opportunities for members and communities.

01 / MEMBER DEVELOPMENT

JCI Antigua Development Institute (JADI)

A structured learning pathway with 12 development modules, supported by Moodle learner profiles and a Member Development Passport that tracks participation across JCI.

Explore JADI

Modules span leadership, public speaking, project management, financial literacy, governance, conflict resolution, HR, digital branding, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, communications and community leadership.

02 / SERVICE & IMPACT

100 Acts of Impact

A year-long invitation for members to develop themselves, empower others, serve communities and come together for a lasting legacy.

Explore the four quarters

Q1: Impact Self. Q2: Impact Others. Q3: Impact Community. Q4: Impact Together, culminating in Legacy Day.

03 / TALENT & COLLABORATION

JCI Antigua Skills Bank

A central resource to identify members' talents and expertise, connect them with opportunities and encourage mentoring and skills exchange.

How it works

Members complete a Skills Profile; a coordinator and supporting team help connect their expertise with committees, projects, workshops and community activities.

04 / CULTURE & LEGACY

Return of the Jaycees Queen Show

An early feasibility review for the return of a signature cultural event, with a renewed focus on leadership, intelligence, culture, advocacy and personal development.

Proposed approach

Consult past organisers, assess budget and sponsorship, and confirm operational capacity before proceeding, subject to feasibility and approval.

Each quarter encourages members to contribute in a different way.
